Our club is excited to partner with Moore Library, Pioneer Library System to support Family Literacy Night for several elementary K-3rd grade students and families this fall. To make it extra fun we had a special balloon sculpture created and installed by OKC Balloon Twisting by Matt. The ballon sculpture was an incentive by our leadership team to meet club goals for the first quarter. It is a fun way to encourage members to keep sharing the purpose of Rotary and to invite guests to our club.
Our members will volunteer, provide bags, and serve food during these Family Literacy Nights. Our hope is to instill a love and interest in reading at an early age. We are thrilled to take part of this project.
